How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope, but most sites are completed within 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch.
What if I don’t know what I want my site to look like?
That’s totally fine! We’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process, learn about your business, and take care of the writing, design, and structure. You’ll see a first draft before anything goes live.
Can I request changes after the site is live?
Yes — Unlimited edits comes with our Monthly plan, and you can add it on to the Standard plan. Whether it’s updating content, swapping out photos, or tweaking the layout, we’ll handle it quickly so you can stay focused on your business. See Pricing for details.
Why custom code over WordPress or site builders? What are the advantages?
Security, load times, maintainability, lower costs, easier to customize, less bloat because we don’t need plugins for everything. We never need to update plugins or site builder versions as you need to constantly update your Wordpress version otherwise you get hacked and your site redirects to a sketchy gambling site.
How long does the subscription last?
The Monthly subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 12 months and is month to month after that. Cancel anytime after the 12 months have passed. If you cancel, you don’t keep the site (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business!). But you keep your domain and assets.
What happens if I cancel before the 12 months is over?
If you cancel before the 12 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($3800) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients. And we want clients to share the same philosophy.
Whats the difference between the Standard and Monthly packages?
The biggest difference is long term versus short term costs. On the Monthly option, you’ll be paying more over time but it will be in small manageable and affordable monthly payments. The Standard option just gets it all out the way in the beginning and you save more money over the long run because you also paid for the design and development up front. So when deciding which package to choose, it all depends on cash flow and long term versus short term goals. If you don’t want to spend that much up front and value the service that comes with it, then the monthly is your best option. If you don't want or need the monthly service packages, you can get it all out the way up front and save money over the long term.
$100 per additional page, is that one time or monthly?
The $100 per additional page fee is one time. Not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 and you’re done. Not $300 a month. That would be crazy!
Do you design logos or branding too?
We partner with skilled local designers for custom icon and logo design. Let us know if you need branding support and we’ll build it into your project timeline.
